Low Fodmaps diet
Recently aware of irritable bowel syndrome, my training allows me to better understand patients. Implementing a diet low in FODMAPS shows real benefits and requires precise and appropriate monitoring. I offer to support people suffering from irritable bowel syndrome in order to provide them with concrete answers and long-lasting relief.
This type of monitoring being quite precise, it will also require a more or less long period of time from the patient. It consists of several stages:
1. Verification of the diagnosis given by doctors
2. Studies of eating and living habits
3. Explanation of the low Fodmaps diet
4. Phase 1 of the diet: we remove sources rich in Fodmaps
5. Phase 2 of the diet: we reintroduce Fodmaps little by little
6. Phase 3 of the diet: we adapt and personalize
7. Monitoring symptoms.
The goal of following support from an aware professional is to feel supported throughout your process, something essential in my opinion.
