Preparing for competition

As a dietitian and sports nutritionist, my personalized support aims to meet the individual needs of high-level athletes (or not) throughout their competitive journey. Before, during, and after the competition, I am committed to optimizing their diet to achieve tangible results. By emphasizing the precision of nutritional advice, my goal is to support athletes in achieving their sporting goals, ensuring a nutritional balance adapted to each phase of their performance.

In consultation we discuss:

- current eating habits

- nutrition during and around training

- future food experiments to carry out to properly prepare for the big day

- food organization during the competition

- elements to optimize recovery.
