One-on-one Consultation

Giving a personal character and adapting to the individual needs of each patient is for me the priority in the dietary consultation. I approach each session as an opportunity to understand and address the nutritional needs of the moment, while respecting everyone's abilities and aspirations.

My approach as a dietitian and sports nutritionist goes far beyond simply developing meal plans. It is characterized by empathetic support, devoid of any judgment, and oriented towards the search for personalized solutions. Also aware of behavioral dietetics, I support patients to find balance and overall well-being.
